Cancellation Policy
No refunds.
All clients have 24 hour prior to appointment to reschedule. All clients are responsible for 24 hour notice to reschedule their appointments. Finesse salon and spa charges 40% non refundable if you miss/no show or fail to cancel your appointment for any reason within 24 hours.
Please be on time for appointment. After 15 minutes of appointment time, appointment will be considered cancelled.
